The disc (spoke) section is formed using fully automated high-tonnagestamping lines, delivering superior structural strength and consistency.
We employ robotic welding systems to achieve uniform fusion and reliable spoke-disc integration.
Our R&D team optimizes spoke geometry to enhance load-bearing performance and fatigue resistance in demanding road conditions.

All wheels undergo electro-coating (e-coat) and powder spraying in our fully enclosed coating line, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
We use internationally recognized coating materials to meet environmental and anti-rust requirements.
Each wheel is carefully packed using standard export-grade packaging, with customized labeling and branding options available.

A: T/T 30% in advance as a deposit to produce, and 70% against B/L copy. Or by irrevocable LC at sight.
